Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to manage, clean, analyze, and interpret data from various e-commerce platforms and domestic sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for data downloading, sorting, cleaning, calculations, report preparation, and dashboard development to support business decision-making.

About the Role

The Data Analyst will be responsible for handling business and sales data from multiple sources, including Blinkit, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Domestic Sales. The role involves converting raw data into accurate and meaningful reports, performing detailed calculations and analysis, and creating dashboards using Power BI.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, Python, SQL, and Power BI, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Download and collect data from various e-commerce platforms and sales channels.

Handle data from Blinkit, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Domestic Sales.

Sort, organize, and structure raw data for analysis.

Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Identify and correct duplicate, missing, or inconsistent data.

Perform calculations and analysis using Advanced Excel, Python, and SQL.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.

Analyze sales, orders, revenue, products, and other business data.

Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI.

Develop reports and visualizations to present important business insights.

Compare performance across different e-commerce platforms and sales channels.

Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities from data.

Provide accurate reports and insights to management for decision-making.

Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, IT, Business Analytics, or a related field.

1–3 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics or a similar role preferred.

Strong practical knowledge of Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python.

Experience working with e-commerce or sales data will be an advantage.

Good understanding of data cleaning, data validation, calculations, and reporting.

Ability to handle and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
