About the Role

Plan, supervise, and control day-to-day production operations. Ensure proper manpower utilization, machine availability, production quality, GMP compliance, and timely completion of production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily production activities as per production plan.
* Allocate manpower and monitor employee performance.
* Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
* Monitor machine and equipment performance.
* Ensure proper use of raw materials and minimize wastage.
* Maintain production records and reports.
* Ensure GMP, hygiene, safety, and housekeeping standards are followed.
* Coordinate with QA/QC, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.
* Identify production problems and take corrective action.
* Monitor product quality during production.
* Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of production areas and equipment.
* Train and guide production staff.
* Maintain discipline and safe working practices.
* Support continuous improvement and productivity enhancement.

Requirements

* Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Production, Engineering, or related field.
* 3–6 years of experience in production operations.
* Experience in food manufacturing preferred.
* Knowledge of GMP, hygiene, food safety, and production processes.
* Ability to manage manpower and production activities effectively.
* Willingness to work in shifts if required.
