Q-Commerce Executive

Spice Nest is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Q-Commerce Executive to manage quick-commerce operations, replenishment orders, inventory availability, shipment coordination, warehouse activities, and order fulfilment across platforms such as Blinkit and other quick-commerce marketplaces.

About the Role

The Q-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations on quick-commerce platforms, ensuring timely replenishment, product availability, shipment dispatch, and warehouse delivery. The role involves coordinating with factories, warehouses, logistics partners, and marketplace teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment.

The candidate will also manage warehouse appointments, shipment labels and documentation, rejected orders and returns, and operational issues. The role requires regular follow-up with all stakeholders and timely resolution of issues to maintain smooth marketplace operations and product availability.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Replenishment Orders (ROs) and track them until dispatch.

Plan and coordinate shipments with factories, warehouses, and logistics partners.

Manage warehouse appointments and delivery schedules.

Ensure product availability and timely inventory replenishment.

Generate and verify shipment labels and required documentation.

Manage rejected orders, returns, and operational issues.

Handle daily operations on Blinkit and other Q-Commerce platforms.

Track orders, shipments, inventory, and delivery status.

Coordinate with marketplace teams for operational requirements.

Maintain regular follow-ups and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in Q-Commerce, E-commerce Operations, Marketplace Management, Supply Chain, or Order Fulfilment.

Experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, Instamart, or similar platforms is preferred.

Knowledge of inventory, replenishment, order, and shipment management.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.

Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
