HR Executive

Spice Nest is looking for a responsible, people-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, employee relations, HR policies, and performance management, while fostering a positive and professional work environment.

About the Role

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, including end-to-end recruitment, candidate coordination, employee onboarding, documentation, attendance and leave management, payroll support, HR policy implementation, employee counselling, and employee record management.

The role will also involve coordinating KRA and KPI activities with management and department heads, maintaining accurate HR records, supporting performance reviews, and ensuring that HR processes and policies are properly implemented across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower requirement to candidate joining.

Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with candidates and management.

Handle candidate follow-ups, selection, offer, and appointment processes.

Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Develop, implement, and update HR policies and processes.

Ensure employees understand and follow applicable HR policies.

Handle employee concerns, counselling, and employee relations.

Support a positive and professional workplace environment.

Prepare and coordinate employee KRA and KPI with management and department heads.

Maintain employee-wise KRA/KPI records and support performance reviews.

Monitor attendance and leave through ESS/HRM systems.

Prepare monthly salary sheets and coordinate payroll inputs.

Maintain accurate attendance, leave, payroll, and employee records.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.

Good understanding of recruitment and employee onboarding processes.

Experience in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.

Basic knowledge of attendance, leave, and payroll processes.

Understanding of HR policies and employee relations.
