Spice Nest is looking for a proactive and result-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage marketplace operations, improve product visibility, drive online sales, and ensure smooth order and inventory management across e-commerce platforms.

About the Role

The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing product listings, marketplace SEO, advertising campaigns, inventory, orders, account health, and sales performance across Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to improve online sales, customer satisfaction, and overall marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product listings, catalogues, pricing, images, and product content.

Optimize product listings through keyword research and marketplace SEO.

Manage Amazon PPC and Meta advertising campaigns and monitor performance.

Coordinate orders, shipments, fulfilment, and inventory with warehouse and logistics teams.

Monitor marketplace account health, performance, and compliance.

Manage returns and customer-related marketplace issues.

Track sales performance, targets, product performance, and growth opportunities.

Prepare regular sales and marketplace performance reports.

Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Warehouse, and Customer Support teams.

Maintain accurate marketplace, sales, billing, and inventory records.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace Management, or Digital Commerce.

Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central is preferred/required.

Experience with multiple marketplaces will be an advantage.

Knowledge of product listing, marketplace SEO, advertising, inventory, and order management.

Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
